Pasta jollof. Blend the tomatoes, onions, and peppers until smooth. Boil down the tomato sauce on in a pot on medium- high heat until the sauce is about half the amount, and has thickened significantly to look like a paste. Be sure to stir the sauce occasionally to prevent it from burning.
Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta. Add chilli flakes to tomato puree and mix together. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al-dente. You can cook Pasta jollof using 13 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

- You need 1 pack of spaghetti.
- Prepare of Cooked Meat/fish.
- Prepare of Stew.
- Prepare 3 of Scotch bonnet.

Place a pan on medium heat, add vegetable oil and chopped onions. In a large pot, boil some water. Drain out the excess water and mix in the sauce. Jollof spaghetti is a pasta dish inspired by the West African classic jollof rice.
Pasta jollof step by step
- Parboil pasta and set aside to drain.
- Heat your pan on fire,fry onions and oil,add garlic,ginger,scotch bonnet, when fry add in your stew and fry it for like 3mins..
- Add water,maggi,curry,thyme,turmeric, mixed spices,meat or fish and let it boil..
- Add in the pasta, stir it very well,cover it and let it cook..
- When done add your veggies,slice onions and curry leave, cover it and let it steam for some minutes and serve. I also added sardine bit optional..

Spaghetti is cooked in a tomato and pepper sauce, and served as is or topped with meat. It's a very nice dish, take it to another level by adding shrimps but if you're allergic to shrimps add any protein of your choice. I added sliced bell peppers (tatashe) to it, you don't have to add it if you don't want to. Boil your pasta with the butter till soft and set aside. Heat up your oil, fry the onions and blended tomatoes and peppers.
