Saute until the onions turn brown and caramelised. In a large vessel pour water till half of the vessel and bring it to boil. Add cardamom, cinnamon stick, mint leaves, bay leaves and salt. - Sab se pehle gas par kadai rakh kar oil dal kar garamkare jeera or sabhi saabit masale (khade masale)ko.
- Dal kar fry karein or sabhi vegetables ko dal kar fry karein turmaric powder red chilli powder dhaniya powder or ginger grated chopped green chilli dal kar mix karein.
- Ab aap heavy tale ka pan ya nonstick kadai le kar sab se pehle rice ki leyar laga kar vegetable spread karein esi tarha se leyar by leyar laga kar kesar milk spread karein or coriander paste ko bhi spread kar fryed onion ko spread karein kaju ko spread karein chopped coriander leaf ko spread karein or last mein desi ghee dal kar lid se caver kar wheat flour ke dough se kinare seal kar slow flam par 30 minutes cook karo.
- 5 minutes rest ke baad kinare khol kar garmagarm veg dum viryani serve karein onion rayta ke sath yakin mane bahut hi tasty lagti hai.
