- Peel up peas and wash clean and blend them in a mixer jar.the paste grind not to thick too thin.other grind onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger to make a fine paste/puree..
- In pan heat, the oil adds bay leaf, oregano, cinnamon, cardamom, and stir. Add onion and stir for a little golden color. Now add the puree and stir for 2 mints. Add peas paste and cook 10 mints..
- Add tomato, coriander powder, turmeric powder mix well. Cover it and cook for 5mint to tomato soft. after 5 mints tomato looks soft and add gram masala, salt, warm water as per gravy consistency. Cover it and cook for 10 minutes..
- Cook well than turn off heat. Serve it with rice, chapati. It's good for health..
