  2. Prepare of prawns cleaned.
  3. Prepare of garlic cloves.
  4. Prepare of ginger.
  5. It's of green chillies.
  6. You need of Few coriander leaves ,chopped.
  7. You need of red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare of coriander powder.
  9. It's of turmeric powder.

Prawns pulao with coconut milk step by step

  1. Take oil in a cooking pot and add all the whole garam masala. Add chopped onion and saute till golden..
  2. Grind the ginger garlic green chillies and coriander leaves and make a paste add the paste to the onions and saute well. Add chopped tomatoes..
  3. Close the lid and cook till mushy. Add the powder masala and mix well. Add little water and saute the masala well,not to burn..
  4. Add the prawns and green peas and mix well. When the prawns almost cooks add the ghee and rice and saute well with masala..
  5. Mix well with masala for a minute, not to break the rice. Add 2 glasses of water+ 1 glass of coconut milk..
  6. Add salt to taste and let it boil. When boiled add the lemon and tamarind juice. Close the lid and on low flame cook till done..
  7. Tasty prawns pulao are ready to serve. Enjoy..

Push to one side of the pan and add the cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns, bay leaves and curry leaves in the empty space and sauté for a minute on medium heat. Add the prawns and sauté for one more minute and them mix all the ingredients in the pan. Stir till the rice absorbs all the water. Cook on low flame till the rice and prawns are fully cooked. Garnish with finely chopped fresh corriander leaves and freshly scraped coconut.
