- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut the chips..
- Take the chips out of the water..
- Coarsely grind fennel, dhania and cumin seeds. Add chilli,.
- Now add all spices and salt..
- Now add aata and coriander and mix well..
- Heat the oil and fry chips on medium flame..
- Till golden brown colour.
- Ready to crisp potato masala chips..
