- Take a kadhai,add oil,heat well. Then add cumin seeds,as it splutters add crushed ginger and chilli.
- Then add potatoes,stir and mix nicely..
- Now add red chilli powder and sendha namak and mix it well..
- Add 1 to 11/2 cup of water. Stir and mix well..
- Now add curd and simultaneously stir so that curd mix well. Let it cook on medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. In between stir and check..
- By the time the curry will come to boiling point. Then switch off the heat. Adjust the consistency of curry and salt accordingly..
- Rajgarapuris : Take a bowl add rajgara atta,sendha namak and mix it well. Slowly and gradually add water as needed and start kneading the dough. As it's done let it rest for 10 to 12 minutes. After that again knead the dough. So that it becomes smooth..
- Take a kadhai add oil and heat properly. By the time take a small portion from dough and give puri shape and add it into the kadhai.Fry it until golden brown on both the sides. Similarly make other puris by dividing the dough into equal proportion..
