Papad ki sabji with spinach. Papad ki sabzi is popular in Rajasthan India. This is a quick and easy version but tastes awesome. I use moong dal papad for the best taste.
Papad: Papad also known as papadam or poppadom is sun-dried lentil crepe that is usually eaten after roasting or frying. This is main ingredient in papad sabzi. Ingredients of Papad ki sabji with spinach
- It's of papad.
- Prepare of spinach purée.
- Prepare of ginger, green chilli chop.
- Prepare of onion chopped.
- You need of tomato purée.
- Prepare of curd.
- Prepare of haldi.
- You need of red chilli powder.
- You need of coriander powder.
- You need of gram masala.
- Prepare of jeera, hing, methi Dana.
- It's of ghee.
- It's of Salt.
- You need of Chopped coriander.

Add pinch of salt, turmeric, red chili powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds and a tspn oil to Besan. Then add chopped spinach/palak to it. Now mix all by rubbing between hands. To begin making the Papad ki Sabzi recipe, roast the papad on the gas or in the microwave until completely roasted. Break the popad into small quarters and keep aside.
