- Chop the sukuma wiki finely. Wash thoroughly. Keep in a strainer to remove excess water.
- Take a cooking pan add oil. once hot add the chopped onions.
- Once they are pink in colour add the sukuma. Mix well add salt.
- Let this cook for 5 mins. Add the chopped tomatoes. Mix well..
- Add little water. After 10 mins it's done..
- Take another sufuria add the water. Once it comes to a boil add the maize flour. Stir vigoursly till it comes together. Leave for a min or so. Shape it round & serve hot.
