- You need of maida.
- Prepare of full cream milk.
- You need of banana 🍌.
- You need of big spoon milk powder.
- It's of small bowl mix dry fruits (chopped).
- You need of desi ghee (tlne ke liye).
- You need of sugar (chashni ke liye).
- You need of (3-4 ka) elaichi powder.
- It's of bhuna khoya.
So this recipe is indeed a Fluffy version of malpua. the inner texture is fluffy and the outside edges are crisp. - Sb se pehle ek pan milk boil hone rakhein jab ek ubal a jaye to gas sim kar le.
- Thodi -thodi der me chalati rahein and alag pan me chashni bana le (1 tar) wali.
- Ab 🍌 ko grind karein usme maids dal kar paste bana le.
- Kuch aise.
- Aise banayein.
- Jab milk thik hone lage to usme milk powder mix karein and sugar dale and khoya bhi mix kar le.
- Jab rabri tayaar ho jye to normal hone ke baad thandi hone rakhe.
- Sare maal pua bana kar chashni dale jab normal ho jaye to.
- Rbri me dale ilaaychi powder bhi dal de.
- Aise garnish karein and thanda -thanda sarv karein.
