Maggi Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese dish prepared by deep frying Maggi noodle balls along with vegetables and spices and simmered in semi-dry spicy, garlicky Manchurian gravy.
Manchurians are made of vegetables, ginger, garlic, spices. This is a very unique and easy recipe to make. I tried this recipe for the first time and it turn out to be so good. You can cook Maggi Manchurian using 30 ingredients and 17 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Maggi Manchurian

- Prepare 3 packet of Maggi noodles.
- Prepare 3 packet of Maggi taste maker.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/4 cup of chopped onion.
- You need 1/4 cup of spring onion.
- It's 2 tsp of corn flour.
- Prepare 2 tsp of rice flour.
- You need 1 tbs of schezwan chutney.
- It's 1 pinch of salt.

- You need 2 tsp of oil.
- Prepare 2 of Green chillies.
- You need 6 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare 1 inch of grated ginger.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 1/4 cup of spring onion.
- It's 1/4 cup of capsicum.
- You need 1 tbsp of white vinegar.
- You need 1 tbsp of green chili sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
- It's 2 tbsp of schezwan chutney.
- It's to taste of salt.

Maggi Manchurian instructions
- Firstly add 1.5 cups water in a pan. Turn on the falme let the water come to boil. Add three packets of maggi noodles..
- Boil it till it is cooked. Don't add tastemakers now. We will use it later. once it is cooked turn off the flame let it cool down completely..
- Let it cool completely. Put it in a mixing bowl. Add one chopped onion, spring onion..
- Add corn flour and rice flour in it..
- Add red chilli powder, maggi test maker, little salt and schezwan chutney. Mix it well with hand..
- Now we will make out balls like manchurian. Apply water on your palms. Make equal and small size of mixture balls..
- Crush one pack of raw noodle to coat the balls in it. It gives crunchyness and taste to the balls..
- Coat all the manchurian balls with crushed noodles..
- Heat oil in a pan. Keep the flame on medium heat. Put the maggi balls in hot oil..
- Fry the balls on medium flame till it turns light brown. keep flipping in between. Do not fry it on high flame otherwise it will be soft from inside..
- Once it turns golden increase the flame to high. Fry it till turns golden brown. take it out and keep it sides. Do not keep on tissue paper otherwise it will become soft..
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Fry for few seconds. Add onion and spring onion in it.saute for one minute..
- Now add capsicum in it. Mix well and saute for 1/2 minutes on medium flame..
- Add white vinegar, green chilli sauce,soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and little salt and schezwan chutney. Mix well..
- Add little water in one tbsp of corn flour. Mix well and pour the batter in sauce. Add 1/4 cup water in it..
- Increase the flame to high. Let it come to boil. Don't cook over. After one boil turn off the flame and add spring onion..
- Add manchurian balls while serving it. Other wise it will become soggy..
This Maggi Manchurian recipe is a fusion of Maggi and Chinese veg Manchurian recipe. There are many instant noodles available in the market. But, Maggi is the only instant noodles that can be added in many variations or fusion recipes. Maggi Manchurian is basically an improved or innovative version of Maggi. This recipe is quite simple to make and very delicious to eat.
