Yam ball. Using a tablespoon, scoop a little of the mixture at a time and mould into balls. Taro and yam balls weren't the only food item I've grown fond of from our Taiwan trip last fall. Did you know that yam, also known as taro is a traditional Taiwanese cuisine dessert?
