In my opinion, jeerakasala gives an amazing flavour and aroma and most South Indian biryani versions are made with this rice. I do hope you make this pulao soon and enjoy it as much as we did! This is a simple pulao made from fresh prawns. But let me tell you the taste of this recipe cannot be described in words.
