Ingredients of Sprouts-paneer sandwich
- It's 1 bowl of Moong Dal Sprouts.
- It's 1 of small onion finely chopped.
- It's 2 of green chillies finely chopped.
- You need 1/2 of tomato finely chopped.
- You need 1/2 bowl of Grated paneer.
- Prepare to taste of Salt and Black pepper.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Jeera for tadka.
- It's 1 spoon of ghee for frying.

- You need 2 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
The moong sprouts is ready Take moong sprouts, paneer, onion, tomato in mixing bowl. Once they are cooked, put the sprouts,paneer,Pav bhaji masala, chat masala,curry powder, salt and sautee for sometime. This is the stuffing for the sandwich. - Put ghee in a frying pan, put jeera and then fry onion and green chillies for 3-4 minutes.
- Then put tomatoes and fry for another one minute. Then put sprouts and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then take out the mixture in a big bowl..
- Mix the sprouts mixture with grated paneer..
- Take 2 bread, spread curd on one bread and spread tomato sauce on another bread. Fill the mixture in between..
