Stuffed khandvi is basically khandvi filled with grated coconut and crumbled paneer and lots of chopped coriander. Ingredients of Paneer cheese khandvi

  1. Prepare of chickpea flour/besan.
  2. Prepare of curd/yoghurt.
  3. Prepare of water.
  4. You need of grated paneer.
  5. Prepare of grated cheese.
  6. It's of turmeric powder.
  7. You need of ginger, green chilli paste.
  8. Prepare of black pepper powder.
  9. You need of Salt to taste.

It is made with mainly with gram flour (also known as besan) and curd. Let the curd be a little sour. Sour curd adds the perfect tinge to khandvi. It is extremely soft and just melts in the mouth.

Paneer cheese khandvi instructions

  1. Firstly in a bowl add chickpea flour, curd, water mix it really good..
  2. Now add turmeric powder, salt and ginger, green chilli paste. Beat the mixture well. No lumps of besan..
  3. Take another pan and add oil and add the mixture of besan..
  4. Stir it continously till mixture thickens up really good mix it once more..
  5. Take a shallow tray or any shallow dish. Grease it with oil and spread one big spoonful batter on the tray..
  6. Spread it evenly. The layar should be thin..
  7. Now spread grated paneer, cheese and sprinkle black pepper powder, salt to taste over it. Spread evenly..
  8. Let it cool down for about 7-8minutes..
  9. Now cut the khandvi with the help of knife or cutter..
  10. Lift the khandvi from on side and make nice roll of it..
  11. Transfer the khandvi into a dish..
  12. For making tadka-heat up 1 tablespoons oil in a tadka pan add mustard seeds and let then pop up. Add hing, sesame seeds and mix well..
  13. Pour this tempering on the khandvi. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated paneer..
